Justinas Sartauskas
Justinas Sartauskas (born April 14, 1955 in Kuršiai , Kelmė district ) is a Lithuanian politician, mayor of the Šiauliai municipality since 2011 .
Life
After graduating from secondary school Šiauliai in 1973 , Sartauskas graduated in 1978 with a degree in mathematics from Vilnius University . From 1978 to 1981 he taught at the Šiaulių pedagoginis institutas . From 1981 to 1983 he studied as an aspirant at the Vilnius State University. From 1981 to 1991 Sartauskas worked as a programmer at the data center of the Šiauliai building combine. From 2000 to 2003 he was the administrative director of Šiauliai Municipality and from 2007 to 2011 director of the UAB “Šiaulių apskrities televizija” (television). Sartauskas has been the mayor of Šiauliai since 2011 .
