The Justice Ministerial Gazette for the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (JMBl. NRW) is the official gazette of the Ministry of Justice of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia . It appeared to December 2009 in Dusseldorf usually on the 1st and 15th of each month in publishing Joh. Brendow & Sohn GmbH & Co. KG , Moers . Since January 2010, the Justizministerialblatt has only been published in electronic form via the Internet portal of the North Rhine-Westphalian Justice www.justiz.nrw.de.
The administrative regulations applicable to the department of the ministry are published as well as personnel news (appointment, promotion, dismissal of members of the judiciary, admission and dismissal of lawyers , notaries , job advertisements, etc.). Some of the print editions also contained current court decisions.
The Ministry of Justice is the publisher of the announcement body, which has been published since 1946. The editor-in-chief was the Vice-President of the Cologne Higher Regional Court , Margarete Countess von Schwerin , until December 31, 2006 , who was replaced by the Chief Ministerial Councilor, Petra Berger-Zehnpfund. In April 2008, Ministerialdirigent Johannes Keders was the editor. He was followed on May 1, 2008 by the Chief Ministerial Councilor Gudrun Roitzheim, and from January 1, 2011 by the Chief Ministerial Councilor Dr. Werner Richter. As of November 1, 2012, Gudrun Schäpers, the chief ministerial advisor, was editor-in-chief. Since May 15, 2016, her successor has been Upper Government Councilor Ulf Müller. From December 1, 2016, the chief ministerial advisor Stefanie Rüntz was the editor. She was followed on March 15, 2019 by Senior Government Councilor Jens Schulz, who was replaced on April 15, 2019 by Vice President of the Regional Court Detlef Heinrich.
