Johannes Keders

Johannes Keders (born September 26, 1954 in Kleve ) is a German lawyer and president of the Hamm Higher Regional Court .

Keders studied law in Bonn and completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Cologne Higher Regional Court . After the second state examination, he worked in the dean's office of the law faculty of the University of Cologne . In December 1983 he switched to civil service and worked as a judge at the Düsseldorf Regional Court and the Neuss and Wuppertal district courts . He then went to the Ministry of Justice of North Rhine-Westphalia for two years .

In June 1993, the welt was judge at the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf and was appointed initially for disputes arising from the contract employees and avoidance in charge before he was given the management of the administrative Dezernats for home, real estate and procurement. In February 2002 he was appointed Vice President of the Kleve Regional Court and in November 2005 as President of the Aachen Regional Court .

In mid-2006, Keders was appointed head of Department Z (Personnel and Law) of the Ministry of Justice and was appointed President of the Hamm Higher Regional Court on April 3, 2009 by Justice Minister Roswitha Müller-Piepenkötter . He is the successor to Gero Debusmann .

Johannes Keders is married to a teacher and has a son.
