The seat of the court is Neuss in North Rhine-Westphalia . The judicial district includes the communities Dormagen , Kaarst , Korschenbroich , Meerbusch and Neuss.

The District Court of Düsseldorf is superordinate to the Neuss District Court. The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court in Düsseldorf .
