Jutta Weber-Bock (born September 12, 1957 in Melle / Lower Saxony ) is a German writer .

Life

Jutta Weber-Bock studied philosophy and German in Osnabrück and is a trained high school teacher. She has lived in her adopted home, Stuttgart, since 1983. She has been a full-time writer since 2004.
She is primarily interested in autobiographical or biographical writing, based on the motto "Going to writing", as Paul Nizon called it.
Based on her own experiences as a writer, Jutta Weber-Bock started working as a writing coach in 1990. In 2006 the Handbook Autobiographical Writing was published, which offers instructions for writers and course leaders.
