Käpt'n Blaubär - Das Kindermusical is a musical for children and families that is produced in cooperation with Westdeutscher Rundfunk Köln and Cocomico. The children's musical was performed live on tour in Germany from 2014 to 2016. The main characters are Käpt'n Blaubär , Hein Blöd and the three bears, known from the show with the mouse , which can be seen in this show and are based on the books by Walter Moers .

For Käpt'n Blaubär, it's a day like any other. He tells his grandchildren some of his lies. He gets so busy that at first he does not notice that the three bears have suddenly disappeared. But even the clumsy ordinary seaman Hein Blöd cannot help. But then the two discover terrible news: the three bears have been kidnapped! A high price is required as a ransom: the largest diamond in history, called "The Eye of the Tiger".

So Käpt'n Blaubär and Hein Blöd go on a search. They experience adventures and have to avoid many dangers. You meet the megalomaniac cat Octo-Tussy and a mysterious diver. You meet three kissing monsters and a scarred professor. Three pirates try to capture the Elvira, and Captain Blaubär and Hein Blöd also have to save the Maharajah of Safranistan from the white quay. But despite all adversaries, the two finally find the diamond and in the end have to ask themselves what the flower Karin is up to and whether she is behind all this in the end.

At the end there is a happy ending. The three bears are back and they are all going home. At home the whole crew has a cup of tea.
