Lukas Hainer

Lukas Hainer (born July 25, 1988 in Munich ) is a German lyricist and author of books for children and young people.

Career

Hainer completed his school days in Munich, where he spent a year abroad in São Paulo , Brazil , between 2005 and 2006 . In 2008 he graduated from high school in Munich / Moosach with a high school diploma. From 2008 to 2011 he was in the civil protection service at the Bavarian Red Cross . At the same time, he began studying at the Munich University of Music and Theater . As early as 2009, Hainer gained his first experience as a composer for film music and as a songwriter, before focusing on work as a lyricist in 2010. In 2012 he took part in Tobias Reitz and Edith Jeske'sCeller School ” master class as one of ten GEMA Foundation scholarship holders.

Together with Elephant Music , Hainer was involved in the establishment of artists such as Santiano , Oonagh and the metal band Beyond the Black . In 2014 he was involved as an author in the German preliminary round Our Song for Denmark with two songs by the band Santiano. In 2015 he was nominated for the German Music Author Award in the Text Schlager category. In addition to the producers of Elephant Music, Hainer also began an intensive collaboration with Thorsten Brötzmann. Together with the artist herself, they wrote a large part of Kerstin Ott's previous albums and received gold and platinum awards for them, and the collaboration resulted in songs for other artists such as Ben Zucker or Michelle .

Since 2010, a total of more than 4 million records with titles and the participation of Hainer have been published, in genres from children's music to hit songs and pop to Gothic rock.

In 2017, Hainer published his first children's book: King of the Pirates, presented by Santiano. A musical radio play was released under the same title, in which the band participated.

In 2018, "Das dunkle Herz" was his first youth novel in the Piper imprint Ivi and he has been showing up ever since. a. on a Youtube channel and on social media more and more publicly as an author.

For GEMA, Hainer was the delegate of the affiliated and extraordinary members for the general assemblies in 2015, 2016 and 2017. In the German Lyricists Association, he fulfills the function of treasurer.
