They announced that they had been apart for a while and that they would continue to be friends. Fischer also revealed that she has a new life partner: the aerial acrobat Thomas Seitel, with whom she works in her stage shows.

Album Helene Fischer (since 2017)

Fisherman (2017)

In May 2017 Fischer released her seventh studio album, Helene Fischer . It rose to number one on the charts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. With the single releases Nur mit dir and Herzbeben , she reached 34th and 6th place in the singles charts in Germany, the latter single being able to sell over 200,000 times and being awarded a gold record . With the release of the single roller coaster in October 2017, the album was released for the third time and reached a top 10 position in the charts. In November 2017, Fischer was awarded the third Bambi . Helene Fischer became the most successful album of 2017 and was able to reach first place in the annual album charts . As a result, she managed to top the annual charts four times in five years: no artist had done this before in Germany.

From September 2017 to March 2018 Fischer was on tour with her current album and gave 63 concerts. Due to illness, five concerts were canceled on the original date. There were alternative dates for all canceled concerts. The tour, which was designed in collaboration with 45 Degrees, a subsidiary of Cirque du Soleil , received a live entertainment award in April 2018 . In February 2018 she was nominated for the Swiss Music Award in the Best Solo Act International category. At the Echo Awards in April 2018, she again received the ECHO in the Schlager category .

Another stadium tour began in June 2018 with performances in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands.

After the riots in Chemnitz in August and September 2018 , at a concert on September 4, 2018 in Berlin, in front of a song that stood “for friendship [...] [and] for tolerance”, Fischer urged the audience to: “... now rise you, raise your voices with me, against violence, against xenophobia, okay? […] We are breaking the silence here in Berlin! ”Even before the appearance, she had written on Instagram :“ We cannot and must not ignore what is currently happening in our country, but luckily we can also see how great the solidarity is at the same time is [...] music as a sign of solidarity and it is always love that wins. [...] #wirbrechendasschreigen #wirsindmehr #schreiteslaut #liebe #peace. "

According to research by the New York Times in November 2018, in which the most successful international musicians were compared based on their average income per concert, Fischer was ranked eighth worldwide - and is therefore also the most successful non-English-speaking singer. With an average ticket price of around 71 euros, it generates around 3.2 million euros per concert. Also, the Forbes magazine led Fischer in 2018 among the top ten highest income singers; it also came eighth on the list, ahead of Dion and Spears, with revenues of about $ 32 million.

On December 25, 2018, a single with Kerstin Ott was released with Rainbow Colors . The song celebrated its premiere on the Helene Fischer Show and entered the German single charts at position 20 one week after its release. Since January 3, 2020, her compilation Best of with 356 weeks (as of January 3, 2020) is the longest-placed album in Germany.
