This discography is an overview of the musical works of the German Schlager singer Helene Fischer . According to the sources, she has sold more than 12.4 million phonograms in her career, of which she has sold over 11.4 million units in Germany alone, making her one of the performers with the highest number of phonograms sold in Germany .
Fischer's most successful release is the sixth studio album, Farbenspiel, with around 2.7 million units sold, of which over 2.4 million copies were sold in Germany alone, making it one of the best-selling music albums in Germany since 1975. Together with her compilation Best of Helene Fischer (two million units sold) as well as her Christmas album Christmas (1.2 million units sold) and the seventh studio album Helene Fischer (one million units sold), a total of four albums achieved the status of a million seller in Germany. No singer has achieved this since 1975, all in all only Marius Müller-Westernhagen , Phil Collins and Herbert Grönemeyer have more million-seller albums in Germany.
In March 2015, the single Atemlos durch die Nacht also achieved the status of a million seller in Germany, which not only makes it one of the best-selling German-language hits after Ein Stern (... that bears your name) , together with Anton from Tyrol and the longest single in the world , but is generally one of the best-selling singles in Germany . Furthermore, Fischer received gold and platinum awards in her home country for over 700,000 video albums sold. This makes her the artist with the best-selling BVMI-certified video albums in Germany .
Fischer is a multiple record holder in the music business. The album Farbenspiel is the most legally downloaded album in German music history. In addition, at 15 weeks (as of January 9, 2015), this album has held the top spot in the music charts for the longest of all number one albums by a female solo artist. At 356 weeks (as of January 3, 2020), her compilation Best of Helene Fischer is Germany's longest-placed album in the German album charts.
