reception
On the release of the third album Glück the Recklinghäuser Zeitung wrote: “The five opera singers from Adoro take such pop classics and transform them into classical songs, with a symphony orchestra and bel canto voices. A balancing act that is successful. "
On the occasion of a concert in 2018, the Frankfurter Rundschau ruled that the musicians "missed everything that was why they were once celebrated: to combine classic with modern in a powerful, lively and intelligent way". The arrangements are “a single sauce. Regardless of which composition the four with their velvety voices carried into the 1700-seated hall, it always turned out the same. "
