The single was written and produced by Jean Frankfurter . The song was published under the music label EMI and distributed by the music publisher FrankyBoy. On the cover of the maxi single - in addition to the artist name and song title - Fischer can be seen against an orange background. The cover picture was shot by the German photographer Thomas Schüpping, the artwork was done by Tim Juckenack.

The first release of I want to always again ... this fever felt'n took place as airplay in August 2009. The release as a maxi-single took place on September 4th, 2009 in Germany, Austria and Switzerland . The single is available for download and as a physical sound carrier.
