Golden Camera 2012

The awarding of the Golden Camera in 2012 took place on February 4, 2012 in the Ullstein Hall in the publishing house of Axel Springer AG in Berlin instead. It was the 47th award of this award. Hape Kerkeling took over the moderation for the third time in a row . About 1000 guests took part in the event. The ceremony was broadcast live on prime time in the ZDF broadcast. Readers were able to choose their three favorites in the Best Comedian category . The jury consisted of Anna Loos , Tanja Ziegler , Michael Kessler , Theo Koll and Kai Pflaume as well as the members of the Hörzu editorial team Christian Hellmann (editor-in-chief), Julia Brinckman (deputy editor-in-chief) and Sabine Goertz-Ulrich (deputy department head). In the run-up to the event, she announced her voting results for nominations and some of the award winners on several dates from December 22, 2011.

Musical performances

Helene Fischer sang alone in the light and together with Michael Bolton the song The Prayer . Dionne Warwick sang her hit That's What Friends Are For . Hape Kerkeling presented the duet Somethin 'Stupid together with Miss Piggy and Caro Emerald performed her hit A Night Like This .
