The awarding of the Golden Camera in 1995 took place on 14 February 1996 at the Konzerthaus am Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin instead. It was the 31st award of this award. The audience was welcomed by Jürgen Richter , CEO of Axel Springer Verlag . Thomas Gottschalk was responsible for the awarding of the prizes and the moderation . About 800 guests attended the event. The ceremony was on February 18, 1996 at 21:45 in the ZDF broadcast. The readers chose their favorite in the Best Sports Reporter category .
