The 1989 Golden Camera award ceremony took place on February 10, 1990 in the Martin-Gropius-Bau in Berlin . It was the 25th award of this award. The audience was welcomed by Peter Tamm , CEO of Axel Springer Verlag . Dagmar Berghoff was responsible for the awarding of the prizes and the moderation . About 800 guests attended the event. The award ceremony was broadcast live on ZDF on February 10, 1990 . The readers voted for their favorites in the Most Popular Series Actor category .
