Ich bin Boes was a comedy show on the German TV station RTL , which was first broadcast on German television on February 27, 2010. From September 17 to November 12, 2011, a second season with 8 episodes was broadcast in double episodes. A Christmas special was shown on December 17, 2011 . RTL announced that it would broadcast the third season from November 22, 2014. Mirja Boes announced in a WDR 2 interview on November 17, 2014 that the show would no longer be produced.

Mirja's activities
In each episode, Mirja Boes, who plays herself in the scenes, undertakes attractions such as banana boating or going to the cinema. The scenes of this are divided into the whole episode and the sequences are interrupted with skits. The running gag is that your ventures always end up in a very embarrassing situation for you.

- Mirja on vacation - (Mirja checks into an all inclusive hotel and pretends to have never been there. However, the entire staff knows Mirja)
- Mirja's autograph session - (Mirja gives autograph cards in a supermarket, but all customers think she is Hella out of her mind )
- Cheerleading chaos - (Mirja visits her old school and tries cheerleading)
- Mirja drives a banana boat - (Mirja waits on the beach for six hours for a ride on the banana boat. When it leaves, she immediately falls into the water and the boat continues without her)
- Mirja in the cinema - (Mirja visits the Indiana Jones trilogy in the cinema. However, when the third part started after 6 hours, Mirja fell asleep and therefore missed the film that she had not yet seen)
- Mirja's party - (Mirja is having a house party. After no guest arrives, she realizes that she has not sent out her invitations and thus celebrates with the pushy food delivery person.)
Mirja's ventures were only part of the first season.
Lisa Hansen - a passionate teacher
Ms. Hansen is a very permissive teacher who talks to her students all day long about sexual intercourse and mostly lets the boys work bare-chested. Mrs. Hansen is rather clumsy with the girls and also insults them. In season 3, she is also frequently caught by the school principal doing immoral activities with male students.
Patrizia Maria Meier
Patrizia Maria Meier is from Gran Canaria . She is the wife of the cosmetic surgeon Berthold Meier. Since her husband stopped practicing, his heart belongs entirely to the pacemaker, and that of Patrizia Maria Meier to the poor and needy. (Voice over at the beginning)
In each episode Patrizia Maria Meier appears with her husband in her garden. She has sprayed lips and a cosmetic breast operation. Her husband sits motionless in his wheelchair. In every episode she reports on poor people whom she wants to help. She regularly blocks her husband's view, pushes him into the bush, or throws a towel over his head, in order to have fun with the pool boy.

In season 3, Patrizia Maria Meier no longer appears.
Gold donkey show
The gold donkey show is a parody of various call-in shows on 9 Live and DSF ( Sport 1 ). The broadcast takes place in the middle of the night. Very simple questions are asked there, but no caller can answer them. After Mirja Goldesel has said ... , the donkey sound I-aaa always comes, whereupon Mirja always says ... Show (continued). Mirja feels "fooled" because of the insane answers of the audience.
In season 3, the donkey show no longer appears.
Inexpensive perfect
A cosmetics show with the not-so-well-groomed Valerie Denzer is inexpensive and perfect . She wears horn-rimmed glasses , has yellow teeth and speaks Kölsch . She often insults her studio models and demonstrates completely nonsensical cosmetic products (e.g. using a marker pen to make up the eyelid). Valerie always greets and says goodbye to her audience with the same pose (fingers spread in front of her face, open, smiling mouth and a horizontal posture).
Valerie Denzer is Boes' only role in which she also appeared outside of Ich bin Boes . In the Comedy Advent Calendar , which was broadcast on RTL on December 22nd, 2010, there was a clip with Boes as Valerie Denzer , where she makes an older woman “beautiful” according to the old well-known scheme.
In addition, Boes appeared in her live program, which was broadcast on RTL on January 12, 2014, as Valerie Denzer. Denzer gagged and tied Boes in order to have the stage to himself. During her show, she insulted some viewers and made them "beautiful". In the end she started stripping.
Lifeguard Emily
Emily is an overweight woman who works as a lifeguard in a beach area. She is very greedy and can be seen eating all the time while “working”. Anti-social bathers, anorexic bathers and annoying colleagues make her “work” difficult.
