The Cologne-based sports venues GmbH is a company incorporated in 1958, a 100% subsidiary of the City of Cologne is the owner of numerous sports facilities in Cologne and operates this. The company is based in the east grandstand of the Rheinenergiestadion . It was founded to operate the sports hall and the ice and swimming stadium .
