Torso (anatomy)

The trunk (known technically as the Latin trunk , trunk ') is anatomically the central section of the body without the head , neck , limbs and tail . In humans, the trunk is also known as the torso .

The fuselage is divided into four different sections:

These individual sections are further subdivided into regions ( Regiones pectoris , Regiones abdominis , Regiones dorsi and Regiones pelvis ). The narrowest part of the torso is called the waist .
