Kō Ishikawa ( Japanese 石川 巧 Ishikawa Kō ; born March 10, 1970 in Santa Cruz de la Sierra ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Ishikawa learned to play soccer on the school team at Bunan High School . He signed his first contract with Honda FC in 1989 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the Japan Soccer League . In 1991 he reached the final of the JSL Cup . For the club he completed 50 first division games. In 1992 he moved to Verdy Kawasaki . With the club he became Japanese champions in 1993 and 1994 . For the club, he completed 134 first division games. In 1998 he moved to league rivals Nagoya Grampus Eight . In 1999 he won the Kaiser Cup with the club . For the club he completed 105 first division games. At the end of 2002 he ended his career as a football player.
