Kōji Arimura ( Japanese 有 村 光 史 Arimura Kōji ; born August 25, 1976 in Fukuoka Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Arimura learned to play soccer on the school team of Higashi Fukuoka High School and the university team of Fukuoka Pedagogical College . He signed his first contract with Sagan Tosu in 1999 . The club played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . For the club he completed 65 games. In 2002 he moved to league competitor Ōita Trinita . In 2002 he was with the club master of the J2 League and rose to the J1 League . For the club he completed 111 games. He then played with the Nagoya Grampus Eight (2006), Vissel Kobe (2006) and Roasso Kumamoto (2007-2008). At the end of 2008 he ended his career as a football player.
