Kōji Seki ( Japanese 関 浩 二 , Seki Kōji ; born June 26, 1972 in Tokyo Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Seki learned to play soccer in Yomiuri's youth team . He signed his first contract with Yomiuri in 1990 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the Japan Soccer League . With the founding of the professional league J.League in 1992 and the associated reorganization of Japanese football, the Yomiuri became Verdy Kawasaki . In 1994 he moved to the second division Tokyo Gas . For the club he completed 53 games. In 1996 he moved to the first division club Bellmare Hiratsuka . For the club he completed 44 first division games. In June 1998 he moved to the second division side Tokyo Gas . In October 2010 he moved to the first division club Consadole Sapporo . At the end of the 1998 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League . For the club he completed 29 games. At the end of 1999 he ended his career as a football player.
