Kaşık Adası ( Turkish kaşık 'spoon', ada 'island'; literally 'spoon island', Greek Πίτα pita ) is an uninhabited island of the Prince Islands near Istanbul and belongs to the Adalar district . The island lies between Burgazada and Heybeliada and got its name because of its shape.

After the island changed hands several times, it is now closed to the public. In addition to environmental protection aspects, this should also prevent illegal land grabbing and building from taking place.
