The Kaino-hama Beach ( Japanese 貝の浜 Kaino-hama , German , mussel beach ' ) is a small beach of Antarctic East Ongul island in the archipelago Flatvær . It is located 300 m south of Kitami Beach .
Aerial photographs and measurements by a Japanese Antarctic expedition carried out from 1957 to 1962 were used to map it. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names translated the Japanese name into English in 1968.
