Kairi Pääsuke (born September 29, 1970 ) is a former Estonian biathlete .

Kairi Pääsuke benefited from the separation of Estonia from the Soviet Union in her sporting career and was one of the first biathletes in the Estonian national team after the separation. She won World Cup points for the first time in 1994 in Hinton as the 25th of an individual. In Canmore , she was able to improve her personal best up to a 20th place.
