architecture
The building erected shortly before 1888 forms the southeast corner development at the intersection of Kaiserstraße and Albertusstraße and on Kaiserstraße it is the initial building within a closed, historically developed street that was built between 1880 and 1890.
It is an eaves-standing , three-storey, multi-axis corner house with a right-angled floor plan with a single-axis beveled corner . There are five axes in the direction of Kaiserstraße and another two axes in the slope towards Albertusstraße.
