Kala Nera ( Greek Καλά Νερά ( n. Pl. ) 'Good water') is a village in the district of Milies in the municipality of Notio Pilio in the Greek administrative region of Thessaly . The village is located on the Pelion peninsula on the Pagasitic Gulf , around 220 kilometers south of Thessaloniki and around 320 kilometers north of Athens . The next larger city is Volos, 20 kilometers away .
