The 18th Kalamata Cup 2010 took place as part of the FIG World Cup Series 2010 of rhythmic gymnastics and was held between March 26th and 28th, 2010 in Kalamata , Greece .

Individual competition

Individual all-around

At the all-around 27 gymnasts participated. This consisted of the disciplines rope , hoop , ball and tape . The scores from the sub-disciplines were added to determine the overall standings. In addition, the best eight in each discipline qualified for the device finals. The team all-around competition is not considered in the Kalamata Cup.

Group competition

Group all-around

At the all-around 48 gymnasts participated. This consisted of two sub-disciplines, the results of which were added together for the overall ranking. The best eight groups qualified for the upcoming equipment finals. Since a total of eight groups took part in the 2010 Cup, all groups were represented in the device finals.
