Kaliopate Tavola
Kaliopate Tavola (* 1946 ) was Foreign Minister of Fiji from July 28, 2000 to 2006 . He is a member of the left United Fiji Party ( SDL ) led by Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase , whose government was re-elected in 2006. Before that, he had been his country's ambassador to Belgium and to UNESCO .
