Kamber Arslan (born January 5, 1980 in Kayseri ) is a Turkish football player who is active in the first division club Kayserispor .
Kamber Arslan started with Kayseri Sağlıkspor's youth. He then moved to Kayseri Elektrikspor , where his professional career began. In 2001 he signed Kayserispor for the second team Kayserispor PAF . There Kamber Arslan played for three years until he was called to the first team. Arslan managed in his first year (2004/05 season) to move up to the Süper Lig with Kayserispor . He became a regular in defensive midfield. For the 2008/09 season he moved to the second division Kayseri Erciyesspor and later to the first division Antalyaspor , since July 2009 he has been playing for Kayserispor again.
