Kamperbruch is a district and one of the founding communities of the city of Kamp-Lintfort in the Wesel district in North Rhine-Westphalia .
geography
The two Kamp-Lintfort districts Stadtkern and Niersenbruch are located in the area of the former municipality of Kamperbruch . As a municipality, Kamperbruch had an area of 5.84 km².
history
Kamperbruch was originally a both sides of the Fossa Eugeniana located peasantry without compacted urban center, making since the 19th century, a rural community in the mayoralty four quarters (from 1928 office four quarters ). This belonged to the Geldern district until 1857 and to the Moers district since 1857. On April 1, 1934, Kamperbruch became a founding component of the new town of Kamp-Lintfort. In the course of the 20th century, the originally sparsely populated municipality was completely built over by urban areas.
