The building Kanalstraße 11 (Munich) in the district of Lehel in Munich was built in 1887/88. The house is a protected monument .

history

The tenement house in neo- renaissance style was built for himself by the architect Gottfried Hohenleitner . The four-storey mansard roof building with a flat central risalit has two apartments of different sizes per floor, which are accessed by a rear staircase. Horizontal cross cornices structure the facade. The original eaves cornice with consoles has been preserved. The windows on the second floor are decorated with gables and gorgons serve as agraffes .
