Kang Dong-jin (born December 23, 1987 ) is a South Korean track cyclist who specializes in short-term disciplines. He is the winner of the Asian Games and three-time Asian champion (as of 2016) .

In 2006, Kang Dong-jin won three medals at the Asian Games and gold in the Keirin . From 2014 to 2016 he was Asian team sprint champion three times in a row with Im Chae-bin and Son Je-yong . The trio also won this competition at the 2010 Asian Games .

In 2016, Kang was nominated for starts in the sprint , keirin and team sprint at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro . In the sprint he finished 20th, in the Keirin 17th place. In the team sprint he was disqualified in the first round together with Im Chae-bin and Son Je-yong .
