The cape Bayle ( French Pointe Bayle ) is a chapter which the north-eastern branch of the Anvers Island in Palmer Archipelago and at the same time limiting the entrance to the southwestern Dallmann bay forms.
Participants in the Fourth French Antarctic Expedition (1903-1905) under the direction of polar explorer Jean-Baptiste Charcot mapped it. Charcot named the cape after Vice Admiral Charles-Jessé Bayle (1842-1918) of the French Navy.
