The Cape Beale is a steep cliff on the south side of Borradaile Iceland in the group of the East Antarctic Balleny Islands .
The Balleny Islands were discovered in February 1839 by the British navigator John Balleny . The cape is named after William Beale, next to Charles Enderby (1798–1876) one of a total of seven British merchants who financed Balleny's Antarctic expedition (1838–1839).
