The Cape Christie is a cape on the east coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land , the km east-northeast located together with the 8 Cape Hallett the entrance of the Moubray Bay on Edisto Inlet limited.
It was discovered on January 15, 1841 by the British polar explorer James Clark Ross during his Antarctic expedition (1839–1843). Ross named the cape after the British naturalist Samuel Hunter Christie (1784-1865), a lecturer at the Royal Military Academy Woolwich .
