The Cape Penck is an icy cape in East Antarctica . It is located about 67 km west-north-west of the Gaußberg , protrudes into the western ice shelf and separates the coastline of Kaiser Wilhelm II Land in the east from the Leopold and Astrid coast of Princess Elisabeth Land in the west.

The western group led by Frank Wild on the Australasian Antarctic Expedition (1911-1914) under the direction of the Australian polar explorer Douglas Mawson mapped it. Mawson named the cape after the German geographer Albrecht Penck (1858–1945).
