The building at Kardinal-Faulhaber-Strasse 10 is a bank building in Munich . It was built in 1895/96 according to a design by the Munich architect Albert Schmidt for the Bayerische Hypotheken- und Wechsel-Bank and is registered as a monument in the Bavarian list of monuments under the number D-1-62-000-3234 .
