The bank building at Kardinal-Faulhaber-Strasse 14 in Munich was built in 1885/86 for the Bayerische Vereinsbank according to plans by the Berlin architect Wilhelm Martens by the Munich architect Albert Schmidt . It is under monument protection and is registered as a monument D-1-62-000-3236 in the Bavarian monument list. The previous building, the so-called Castellhaus , was acquired by the bank in 1870.
