Karen Anderson (athlete)

Karen Anderson ( Karen Linnea Anderson, married Oldham; born April 5, 1938 in Denver ) is a former American javelin thrower .

In 1955 she won the Pan American Games in Mexico City .

At the Olympic Games she was eighth in Melbourne in 1956 and came in 1960 in Rome on 13th place, where she set up her personal best in the preliminary round with 50.62 m.

From 1954 to 1956 she was US champion three times in a row.
