The Karhof cave is a cave in the central Devonian mass limestone near Balve in the Hönnetal . The cave is 125 m long and is located in the Karhof limestone massif, which is located to the right and left of Grübecker Strasse, which leads through the Grübeck valley to Neheim-Hüsten.

It was examined by Emil Carthaus in 1891 .

The name of the cave goes back to the previous owner, the farmer Karhof from Volkringhausen . The cave is privately owned by the Rheinisch-Westfälischen-Kalkwerke , Hönnetal operating department.
