Karin Nathalie Ruckstuhl (born November 2, 1980 in Baden ) is a Swiss- born Dutch athlete . At a height of 1.81 m, her competition weight is 65 kg.

At the European Championships in 2002 Ruckstuhl came with 5858 points on 14th place in the heptathlon . After 16th place with 6108 points at the 2004 Olympics , she finished 8th at the 2005 World Championships with 6174 points. At the European Championships in 2006 , she finished second with a new Dutch national record of 6423 points. The winner was Carolina Klüft from Sweden .

At the 2006 World Indoor Championships , Ruckstuhl won silver in the pentathlon with 4607 points. At the European Indoor Championships in 2007 she won bronze with 4801 points behind Carolina Klüft and Kelly Sotherton .
