Karina Hils (born August 1, 1987 ) is a former German ski jumper .
Hils, who started for SV Meßstetten , made her international debut at the FIS jumping competition in 2003. In the fourth competition in Meinerzhagen , she was eighth for the first time and was among the top ten. On February 8, 2005 Hils started in Schönwald for the first time in the Ski Jumping Continental Cup . She reached the points straight away. However, Hils only contested one more competition in Baiersbronn , where she also won points. With 18 points she finished the 2004/05 season in 38th place overall and at the same time her active ski jumping career .
