Karl-Heinz Dickopp

Karl-Heinz Dickopp (born July 10, 1936 ) is a German educator.

Life

He studied philosophy, education, history and theology at the University of Bonn , where he passed the state examination and doctorate on February 24, 1965. In 1972 he became scientific advisor and professor for general education with a focus on educational theory, educational history and educational planning at the comprehensive university in Essen . From 1975 to 2001 he taught as a full professor for the theory of education at the FernUniversität Hagen .

His main research interests were initially in the philosophical and historical areas (Nietzsche / National Socialism), then anthropology, intercultural and personal education and moral education. He participated in numerous model experiments in the context of policy advice and school development planning.
