Karl-Hermann Neeb (* 1964 ) is a German mathematician who deals with Lie groups and Lie algebras and their representation theory.

Neeb received his doctorate in 1990 under Karl Heinrich Hofmann at the TH Darmstadt (Globality of Lie Wedges). He taught at the TU Darmstadt and is a professor at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg .

Neeb is particularly concerned with infinite-dimensional Lie groups and Lie algebras and their representations.
