Karl-Michael Wohlfarth (born April 27, 1956 ) is a former German soccer player .

Player career

Karl-Michael Wohlfarth played in his youth at TSV Hirschau and SV 03 Tübingen , where he developed into a youth national player.

In 1974 Wohlfarth moved to Hertha BSC . There he was not used under Georg Keßler in the 1974/75 runner-up season . On the 8th match day of the 1975/76 season he made his debut when he was substituted on for Hans Weiner in the 2-1 defeat at Kickers Offenbach in the closing stages . After that he did not get a chance at Hertha and left the club in the summer of 1976.

His son Steffen Wohlfarth also became a professional footballer.
