Karl Bayer (lawyer)

Karl Bayer (born May 10, 1936 ) is a German lawyer . He was President of the Troop Service Court South .

Life

Bayer studied law and passed the first and second state examinations. He started in 1965 at the Law and Political Science Faculty of the University of Freiburg im Breisgau with a dissertation on private law performance relationships and public services of general interest. A critical contribution to the teaching of the factual contractual relationship with Dr. jur. PhD.

As a government director, Bayer was an advisor to the Bundeswehr disciplinary attorney in Munich and then worked as a judge. From 1997 he was President of the Troop Service Court (TDG) Süd in Munich.
