Karl Edfast (* around 1900 , † after 1927 ) was a Swedish ski jumper .

Edfast, who started for Luleå SK , won his first and only Swedish championship in ski jumping in 1925. In 1922 he had already won the Kiruna international jumping competition . In 1927 he started at some international jumping competitions in Italy, but could not achieve any successes worth mentioning.
