Karl Fockerer
Karl Föckerer (born December 21, 1814 in Vilshofen ; † February 18, 1886 there ) was an innkeeper, landowner, mayor and member of the German Reichstag .
Life
Föckerer first attended the elementary school in Vilshofen, then the Latin school in Passau . From 1832 he ran the inn "Zum Goldenen Ochsen" in Vilshofen, from 1875 he was mayor there.
Already in 1849 and then from 1859 to 1881 he was a member of the Bavarian Chamber of Deputies . From 1874 to 1877 he represented the constituency of Middle Franconia 3 (Ansbach-Schwabach) for the German Progressive Party in the German Reichstag .
