Karl Grob (born May 30, 1946 ; † April 20, 2019 in Zurich ) was a Swiss football player .

Operations and successes

The goalkeeper played for FC Zurich from 1967 to 1987 and made 708 games for the club. This made Grob the player with the most appearances for FC Zurich. With 41 appearances in UEFA competitions, Grob also had the most international appearances of all FC Zurich players. He was also the goalkeeper of the Swiss national football team and played seven games between 1967 and 1976.

Grob was five times Swiss champions with FC Zurich between 1968 and 1981 . Between 1970 and 1976 he won the Swiss Cup four times with FC Zurich.
