Karl Gruber (politician, 1908)
Karl Gruber (born November 3, 1908 in Vienna , † September 16, 1958 in Vienna) was an Austrian politician of the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP).
education and profession
After attending primary and secondary schools for four years and attending a technical college for three years, he learned the profession of hairdresser . In 1930 he became self-employed and later a vocational school teacher .
Political functions
- 1950: Guild master of the hairdressers in Vienna
- 1955: Deputy regional group chairman of the Austrian Economic Association (ÖWB) Vienna
He was also a member of the Chamber of Commerce of the Chamber of Commerce .
Political mandates
- June 8, 1956 until his death on September 16, 1958: Member of the National Council ( 8th legislative period) , ÖVP
