Karl Heincz

Karl Heincz (born May 18, 1928 in Neckenmarkt ; † January 24, 1988 there ) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ). Heincz was a member of the Burgenland Landtag from 1982 to 1988 .

Life

Karl Heincz was born as the son of the farmer Franz Heincz from Neckenmarkt and attended elementary school in Neckenmarkt. He worked as a farmer and was married. During the Second World War , Heincz served four months in the German Wehrmacht . In 1949 Heincz took over his parents' farm.

politics

Heincz joined the ÖVP in 1947. He became a local councilor in 1961, deputy mayor in 1965 and was mayor of Neckenmarkt from 1967 to 1988 . Heincz was co-founder and chairman of the Neckenmarkt wine cooperative and from 1982 chairman of the district farmers' association. Heincz was also a functionary in the Burgenland Garbage Association.

Heincz represented the ÖVP from October 29, 1982 until his death in the Burgenland state parliament. He belonged to the Landtag in the XIV. And XV. Legislative period .

Awards

  • In 1987 he was awarded the professional title of Economics Council.
